Refresher course

With this course, Dunstan Baby Language Professionals and Dunstan Baby Language Trainers continue to develop their knowledge and skills so that they meet the standards we set. Take a refresher course before your certificate expires to avoid having to redo the entire training.

  • The training

    The refresher course consists of an online section and a live lesson via Zoom.


    After registering, you will receive access to the online course material. Study this and complete it with the listening test.


    Successfully completing the online portion is a requirement to participate in the live class via Zoom.


    During the live lesson via Zoom, we dive deeper into the material with practical exercises and additional tips.

  • Target group and admission

    To participate in the refresher course, your current certificate must not have expired yet!


    You must therefore be in possession of a valid Dunstan Baby Language Professional or Dunstan Baby Language Trainer certificate.



  • Location

    This training is provided online (via Zoom). You can therefore decide for yourself from which location you wish to participate.

  • Study load

    The study load for this course is 3 hours for the live Zoom lesson and approximately 2 to 5 hours of self-study.

  • Supplies

    The refresher course is delivered online (via Zoom). Ideally, you should take the course from a laptop or PC, but you can also participate from a tablet or phone if necessary.


    Ensure a quiet environment and a good internet connection.


    Bring your own pen and paper to take notes if necessary.

  • Certification

    Upon successful completion of the refresher course, your certificate is extended by another 3 years. You will receive an additional certificate for this.


  • Accreditation

    KCKZ

    The professional associations for maternity nurses have accredited the Refresher Course with 3 points in categories C and D.


    KNOV

    The KNOV Accreditation Committee has accredited the Refresher Course for 4 hours under category A. Continuing education for the Quality Register for Midwives.


    Other accreditations can be applied for in consultation.


  • Costs

    Participation in the refresher course costs €95.

    Dunstan Babytaal Nederland is registered with the Central Register for Short Vocational Education. As a result, the training and teaching materials can be offered VAT-exempt.
