Refresher course
This course enables Dunstan Baby Language Professionals and Dunstan Baby Language Trainers to continue developing their knowledge and skills so that they meet our standards. Take a refresher course before your certificate expires to avoid having to retake the entire training.
The training
The refresher course consists of an online section and a live lesson via Zoom.
After registering, you will gain access to the online course materials. Study them and complete the listening test.
Successfully completing the online section is required to take part in the live lesson via Zoom.
During the live lesson via Zoom, we explore the material in greater depth through practical exercises and additional tips.
Target audience and admission
To take part in the refresher course, your current certificate must not yet have expired!
You must therefore hold a valid Dunstan Baby Language Professional or Dunstan Baby Language Trainer certificate.
Location
This training is delivered online (via Zoom), so you can choose the location from which you would like to participate.
Study load
The workload for this course is 3 hours for the live Zoom lesson and approximately 2 to 5 hours of self-study.
What you need
The refresher course is delivered online via Zoom. Ideally, you will take the training using a laptop or PC, but you can also join from a tablet or phone if necessary.
Make sure you have a quiet environment and a good internet connection.
Please bring your own pen and paper if you would like to take notes.
Certification
After successfully completing the refresher course, your certificate will be extended for another 3 years. You will receive an additional certificate for this.
Accreditation
KCKZ
The professional associations for maternity nurses have accredited the Refresher Course with 3 points in categories C and D.
KNOV
The KNOV accreditation committee has accredited the Refresher Course for 4 hours under category A. Continuing education and professional development for the Midwives Quality Register.
Other accreditations can be requested by arrangement.

The refresher course costs €95,-

Dunstan Baby Language Netherlands is registered with the Central Register of Short Vocational Education. This means that the training and course materials can be provided VAT-free.
