Module to Dunstan Baby Language Trainer

In addition to the Basic Training, the Dunstan Baby Language Trainer supplemental module can also be taken. This license allows participants to offer Dunstan Baby Language as an independent course to parents. This can be done one-on-one or in groups. This training is intended for instructors of baby and (expectant) parenting courses and other professionals who wish to expand their practice by offering a Dunstan Baby Language for Parents course. Trainers receive supplementary course materials and promotional materials and benefit from numerous advantages.

  • The training

    This module consists of an additional 4-hour session (or two 2-hour lessons). The lesson covers teaching Dunstan Baby Language to parents, practical aspects of teaching courses such as pricing and course options, and recruiting students.

  • Target group and admission

    To participate in the Dunstan Baby Language Trainer Module, it is necessary to have a valid certificate from the Basic Dunstan Baby Language Training for Professionals.

  • Location

    This training is delivered online (via Zoom), so you can choose your preferred location.

  • Study load

    The study load for this module is approximately 8 hours in total, of which 4 hours are lectures and 4 hours are home study.

  • Supplies

    The course will be held online (via Zoom). Ideally, you'll follow the course from a laptop or PC, but you can also participate from a tablet or phone.


    Make sure you have a quiet environment and a good internet connection.


    Please bring a pen and paper to take notes if necessary.

  • Certification

    After completing the Trainer Module, participants receive the Dunstan Baby Language Trainer Certificate and the license to offer Dunstan Baby Language courses to parents. This can be done as a standalone course or as part of a pregnancy course, for example.


    The certificate is valid for three years. After this period, it can be renewed through a refresher course.


    The course teaching license is issued for one year. It's free for the first year after completing the Trainer Module. After that, you pay €135 per year. This license is required to maintain your training teaching authorization.

    This training does not authorize transferring Dunstan Baby Language to other professionals. This is reserved for Dunstan Baby Language Netherlands.

  • Costs

    Participation in the regular training dates costs €295 per person.

    Dunstan Baby Language Netherlands is registered with the Central Register for Short Vocational Education. This allows the training and teaching materials to be offered VAT-free.
