Petra Vermast
As a doula, Petra supports pregnant women and their partners during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, and Dunstan Baby Language can be a part of that. Petra has been a Dunstan Baby Language trainer for years, but she is also a Relaxed Birthing instructor, a Loving Expectation instructor, and a Baby Massage instructor.
Petra has over 20 years of experience and has therefore had the opportunity to listen to many babies. On a terrace or in other public spaces where parents with babies gather, Petra knows how not to 'turn off' her ears and hears what a baby needs there as well.
If you recognize the sounds, you can respond appropriately to your child, which makes both of you happier. The baby because he or she feels understood, and the parent because they feel confident and understand what the child needs. This provides much more rest (at night) and confidence in parenting.
