Miriam Boven

Mirjam teaches the Dunstan Baby Language course in Drachten, Surhuisterveen or at parents' homes.

She also works as a nurse baby consultant at the Wolkom Midwifery Practice in Drachten. There, she provides information to expectant parents and supports them with any uncertainties about bonding during pregnancy. She also supports parents who are experiencing difficulties after the birth of their child.

During her training as a baby consultant, she completed the Basic Dunstan Baby Language training and was astonished: "After working in maternity wards for 20 years, I thought: why didn't I know this before?!"

I recommend every parent learn Baby Language, because it's so helpful in figuring out what your baby is trying to tell you. Plus, parents can work together to recognize the sounds. It's so nice to see how excited dads get when they recognize a sound!
