Rianne Tolhuisen - Busser

Rianne works as a baby coach and trainer, and advises parents and childcare professionals. She does this by delivering legally required (IKK) training to childcare professionals.

During coaching sessions with parents, she tailors her approach to each individual. After all, no two people are the same, and everyone has different needs.

Rianne was still completing the Basic Training in Baby Language for Professionals when a colleague at the daycare asked what she thought the cry of a crying child lying in bed meant. Rianne clearly heard the sound for discomfort and advised her colleague to check the diaper and room temperature. Two minutes later, her colleague came back in amazement and reported that the child had indeed pooped.
